Purchase & Refund Policy

Last updated: October 2025

1. Services

When you purchase a design service, mentoring package, or any other service from Make & Market, you are entering into a business-to-business agreement. All contracts and purchases are binding.

Once a service agreement is in place and payment has been made, no refunds or cancellations are offered, except where required by law. This is because our time, creative work, and strategic support are allocated specifically to your project.

If you need to reschedule a session (for 1:1 services), you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, we may be unable to reschedule and the session will be forfeited.

2. Digital Products

Digital products—including courses, templates, or downloadable resources—are available immediately upon purchase. As such, all digital product sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges are provided.

This policy is in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, which exempt digital content from refund rights once downloading or streaming has started.

3. Physical Products

If we offer physical products (e.g. printed materials, merchandise, workbooks), we stand by their quality.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us at carly@makeandmarket.co.uk within 14 days of receipt with details and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. Returns must be unused and in their original packaging.

4. Order Process & Payments

All online purchases are made via our website www.makeandmarket.co.uk using the checkout process. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your payment is accepted.

We accept payments via the methods listed at checkout (e.g. GoCardless, credit/debit card).

If you choose an instalment plan, you are committing to the full amount. Missed payments may result in suspension of services until the balance is cleared.

5. Legal & General

  • All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.

  • Your statutory rights are not affected.

  • This policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.

  • All agreements are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
